Territory Manager (HoReCa & Key Accounts)
Location
Job Scope
To drive sales and achieve budgeted nos.
Communicate with customer on regular basis.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline with additional qualifications in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration
Desired Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with exposure to HoReCa & Bakery.
Exposure of working in Food and Bakery Ingredients mfg. co.
Should have a track record of handling monthly sales turnover of approx 15 lacs.
Excellent communication skills in mother tongue / local language and English.
Sound computer skills ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint ).
Familiarity in working with sales force management software.
Pleasing and confident personality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage distributor relationship and drive primary sales and ensure timely collection of payments.
Identify new distributors and locations and activate in collaboration with Regional Manager.
Ensure adequate stock of all goods at depot / SS / distributor locations.
Ensure mandatory data entry in CRM & FA modules is done regularly and on time.

Qualification
Any Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably Hotel management/BBA/MBA with 2-8 years of relevant work experience in Ingredients & intermediate food / HoReCa (B2B)
Desired Experience & Skills
FOR Bakery / HoReCa
Proven selling and business development experience in Bakery/Food Service Sector (any product line). Preferably into hot kitchen application
Established and proven networks and contacts in Bakery / HORECA
Key Responsibilities
Have a good communication skills with ability to convince customers
Computer proficiency is must
