| Preparation Method |
|
(In order to get the right results please follow the instructions carefully)
- Heat water to 45°C
- Add SMP to water at 45°C
- Dry mix Ico Caragel NF-1540 & Fat Replacer with sugar and add to mix at 50°C
- Heat the mix to 55°C
- Add Butter at 55°C
- Heat the mix to 75°C
- Homogenize the mix and collect in ageing tank after passing through the PHE

| The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing. |
